Great service is hard to come by these days. I really appreciated that Luis took the time to make sure my watch fit my wrist perfectly. Even if he had to take it to the back more than once and come back to size it perfectly. I did not purchase the watch there which made me even more happy that he took such care of me like he knew me. Wonderful store! I walked in with a broken automatic watch and the service I received was outstanding! They dropped what they were doing to look at what I had brought and within minutes had am estimate of what it would be to repair the watch. I wasn’t expecting the call to come get it so soon, but within a few hours they called me and told me they had already gotten the new part, installed it, and could be picked up at my convenience. When I picked it up they made sure to show me exactly what they had done and even gave me tips and tricks to keep it in the best tip top shape! No hassle no wait, very direct service, I definitely recommend Luis & Co. Fine Jewelry for any repairs or services regarding luxury watches and jewelry!

Luis & Co. did a wonderful job sizing my rings.  My rings look and feel a lot better than they ever did.  I heard their advertisement on 930 AM radio.  When I found out their location is the closest jeweler to where I live, I got excited.  The work was quick, not expensive, and they were extremely gracious and friendly.  I could tell that their main goal was to make me happy, and they did.  I would definitely recommend Luis & Co.  I am looking forward to doing continued business with them.

I intended to review a couple of months ago…Better late than never:)  I took a piece of “higher end” fashion jewelry (sterling silver, gemstone ring) in for re-sizing.  Although this ring is silver, it has great meaning to me.  In the past, other jewelers were difficult about sizing this ring for me because it was not gold…but this company treated this piece as special as they would have if it were worth thousands of dollars.  The sizing was perfect – the customer service was priceless.  I highly recommend this jeweler!

I came in to this store to have my watch battery replaced. I knew that the watch I had was going to be a little intricate and complicated to replace the battery. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly man, Luis. We chatted a bit and he had my watch fixed by the other man working there all the while we chatted. The place was very nice, elegantly decorated and very clean and organized. They finished replacing the battery rapidly and only charged me $12! Very nice people and great service. Thank you, I’ll definitely be recommending them!

I sought Luis & Co. to fix my wedding ring because of the good reviews I’d read. I was NOT disappointed! Luis is helpful, genuine, sincere and my ring looked better than new. They restored my Grandmother’s 108-year old engagement ring and my Mom’s 47-year old wedding ring, rhodium plated them, and made them gorgeous! Stopped in for a quick watch battery and met 2 of the nicest jewelers I’ve ever met. The store had a family feel and I was able to see some real quality, top shelf custom ring work. The shop is a little tucked away and I only found the place doing a google search for watch batteries in my area. Surprisingly, I’ve eaten at the Thai place next door for years and never noticed this place. Do yourself a favor and stop in to meet these guys, if you’re in the market for anything soon. Great experience.

Luis Rojas is amazing. He was able to fix my husband’s wedding ring so it was wearable again. Years ago, after my husband broke his finger during softball, the ring had to be resized, to fit over the knuckle, with two BBs inside so it would not fall off. It never fit properly and was uncomfortable; the ring would spin and move, causing it to hit areas on the top, which damaged the channel and dislodged a diamond. After moving to Texas, we set out to find a jeweler who could fix it, especially now that hubby’s knuckle has enlarged. Luis rebuilt the entire channel to reset the diamonds, but even better is the new, specially designed horseshoe fitting for the inside which allows the ring to slide over the knuckle and not slide around at the base of the finger. The ring fits perfectly and is now comfortable. Not only that, it was polished and looks better than it did when new. Truly a master craftsman who really cares, a rarity in today’s world. Thank you, Luis and Howard. We appreciate you!

The gentleman that I worked with were very polite and did a great job on a watch that I needed repaired. I had taken the watch to other places and had given me so high quotes but at Luis and Co. they took a few minutes to look it over and noticed a relative simple repair and were able to save me some money. Not all places will do that.

I went by there today with some jewelry that I had tried to clean on my own to see if they could try and clean it. It was almost black. Then I decided to get my wedding ring cleaned and to get the prongs fixed and tightened. I explained I had heard stories about not leaving your ring and he invited me to stay and watch it being fixed. I really trusted him and ending up leaving. I just picked up my jewelry and WOW!!!! I feel like I have all new jewelry and my ring looks beautiful. So happy. Luis, the owner, was so nice and helpful. I will definitely go back. My only regret is that I didn’t take before and after pictures.

I needed to get an appraisal for insurance coverage and a couple pair of earrings repaired. I searched online for someone that was convenient to Bulverde. Luis was so helpful and pleasant. He looked at the jewelry and recommended the pieces he thought should be appraised. I appreciated this so I didn’t waste money on pieces that weren’t fine jewelry. He had the appraisal done as promised and the fixed the earrings so the European clasps work perfectly. I appreciated he cleaned and inspected every piece regardless if it was appraised or not. I couldn’t believe the difference in the stones and bands once he finished. I don’t remember the last time they shined so brightly. I’ll definitely go back for any jewelry needs. Thanks Luis.

My fiancé and I came in this afternoon to see if I could get my engagement ring cleaned. The owner was so friendly, even offered bottled water, and said it’d take just about 5 minutes total. It had been about 8 months since my ring had been cleaned, and I can’t say enough about how beautiful and shiny it looked when he returned it to us. He even inspected it for us free of charge. He is one of the nicest business owners I’ve encountered in San Antonio. I recommend everyone to stop by for any little jewelry need you may have!
